Lots of Family Time

We celebrated the Memorial Day Holiday by spending lots of time with family. On Saturday we went to Portage with the Lee's and on Sunday they came down here. Aunt Katie was in town for the holiday, too. On Monday we did State Street and the Union Terrace with Aunt Katie and Aunt Kelly. Yesterday we had a pretty laid back day, and today we are taking Aunt Katie to the airport in Milwaukee.

Daniel is really changing these days. He has been working to find his thumb. It provides hours of entertainment as he spends much of the time pushing his fist into his cheek while moving his mouth. One day he will be able to make the connection consistently. For now, the hunt is on.


He is also making great strides in sleeping. Every night this weekend he slept for a 7 hour stretch! Last night he was back to the shorter stretches, but we've had a crazy schedule recently. I'm just happy for the long stretches when they come.
